- Responsible for NPI from Quality side of SMT section
- Maintain and monitoring FOR report and other data.
- Prepare CAPA and 8D for complain.
- knowledge about quality tools like SPC,MSA ,CAPA,8D,7QC tool &5M
- Proper knowledge about ESD/EOS
- AOI data monitoring .
- Product and process audit.
- Prepare complete NPI PPT
- Kaizen and project for improvements
- Rejection analysis and action plan.
- Proper Knowledge about reflow profile.
- Proper Knowledge about MSL label components.
