Job Description
- In depth knowledge of induction motor manufacturing process.
- Auto winding insertion process.
- In depth knowledge of quality tools .
- Knowledge of high speed motor, chimney motor, ac out door motor, exhaust fan motor.
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills.
- Leading the quality system in terms of documentation, deployment,& sustenance & creating an improved quality culture work
- with aim to achieve performance target.
- conducting system and process audit to keep track of the plant’s overall production process.
- Participating in NPD.
- Development in modern engineering process.
- Creating training programs based on perceived competency deficiencies and needs to update skill sets, as well as preparing a training schedule to incorporate 5S and kaizen strategies on the shop floor.
- Having depth knowledge of field failure motors.
- Preparing monthly data and their action plans.
