CIPET/ INDOSWISS/ INDO GERMAN/ TRTC/ INDO DENISH/ NTTF
Experience – 5 to 8 years of experience in Mould Development
Required Skill sets –
- Mould Development Engineer
- Candidates should have worked on the products involving Automotive/ Home Appliances.
- Should have experience in manufacturing and development of plastic injection moulds.
- Should have basics experience in designing in UNIGRAPHICS NX
- Should have knowledge about APQP/ PPAP etc.
- Should be a good team player
- Should be self-starter.
- Should have good hands on experience on 3D cad modeling softwares line NX etc.
- Should have good knowledge about various plastic resins and their applications
- Should have good knowledge about materials and their applications
Job Description
- Mould Development Engineer
- Developing mould from concepts to final customer approval.
- Time line updation to customer
- Customer coordination and updating each event to the customer
- Attending the trials and troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of moulding defects and remedies
- Good experience of dimension correction/ flash correction
- Coordinating with the customer and understanding the product requirements and getting it done
- Preparation Mould Buy Off documents/ Mould readiness check sheet etc.
- Hand on experience in toolroom mould manufacturing/ development
- Coordinating with vendors while developing the mould like Texture suppliers etc
- Commissioning trial at customer end
- Software and other skill required
- NX UNIGRAPHICS
- MICROSOFT EXCEL/ WORD/ POWER POINT
- Good knowledge of Drawing reading
- Electrode design/ Sub insert design
