Trading Window Closure Period as per the code of conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by Insiders of the Company shall commence from July 1st 2026 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter ending on June 30, 2026.
